Meaning
Begin (again) from the beginning, embark on something without any preparation or advantage.
This is where I am at! I am starting a weight loss challenge tomorrow with some girlfriends and to say I am prepared for this challenge would be a lie! Sure I have bought some new work out clothes, may or may not have purchased a work out dvd, and read my weight loss books for the hundreth time, and talked about it non stop to my husband.
When I say I am not prepared, it is me, who is fighting with myself to give up control of my careless eating habits, making every excuse to not workout and live the seditary life style I have become accustomed to.
